Glen Roth of Roth Custom Homes has been building homes since 1986 in beautiful British Columbia. In the summer of 96', while on a Land Cruiser Expedition in a very remote mountain range of Northern California, Glen saw a nice cedar cabin sitting in the backdrop of the majestic Sierra Mountains. This was the inspiration that lead to the Wilderness Cabin Company.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by the best wood for home construction in North America, including Western Red Cedar which is used to build the superb cottages and homes that make up our portfolio. Shortly after the launch of WCC, a homes and marketing division was created and named Greystokes International. Greystokes is a protected park in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. This park is home to sub-alpine flora and fauna including Engelmann Spruce, Douglas Fir, Mountain Caribou and Grizzly Bear. Greystokes, a majestic region of BC became the symbol of our dedication to the natural strength and beauty of your new home or cottage.

Now at Greystokes International, we combine the world's finest cedar and dimensional lumber, with simple yet striking designs, to enable our clients to build beautiful cedar homes and cottages in rural and remote locations anywhere in North America. Today, some 12 years later, we have clients throughout Canada and the United States building our Somerset, Adams, Robson, and other models with the absolute finest materials, design, and engineering services in the industry.
And so this is the foundation of Greystokes International, a division of The Wilderness Cabin Company Ltd.
